Low Calorie Iced Mocha

Low-Cal Iced MochaSometimes those sweet coffee drinks that are readily available at the drive-thru are hard to pass up. Worry no more! Here is a delicious and low calorie option that you can make right at home.

Milk just adds calories and fat.  Top it with some delicious coconut cream and serve!

Low Calorie Iced Mocha

Ingredients
  • 1 cup coffee (chilled)
  • ¼ cup almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1-2 tablespoon pure raw cacao powder
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  • ½ teaspoon liquid stevia
  • 1 can full fat coconut milk(optional)
Instructions
  1. Mix together the almond milk, coffee and cacao powder. It may take a bit of effort to mix in the powder so keep stirring until it is well incorporated.
  2. Add the stevia and stir.
  3. Add the ice.
  4. If you would like a whipped cream replacement, open a can of full-fat coconut milk an dscoop out the cream on the top.
